SHOP-CODE
/goQueue.json. You need to replace theSHOP-CODE
with a correct shop code. It is case sensitive. - If the URL in #1 (moved) show this message

It means the socket-receiver for the shop was disconnected.
- Check the internet communication for the shop
- If you can remote access the shop. Please restart
socket-receiver
by using the Support Tools. - Check the URL in #1 (moved) again. It should load a correct goQueue.json data
- Check the hardware or further support
